Vacation Services International offers a world-class service in timeshare ownership transfers. VSI’s customer first approach allows us to work with our clients to exceed expectations in reaching their goal of being free of their timeshare burdens. 50 plus years of industry experience allows us to confidently boast as a service leader in ownership transfers. No matter what your experience has been in the past or what your vacation ownership goals are we can provide you with the one-on-one attention that is needed to help you get out of your timeshare ownership once and for all.
Vacation Services International prepares all the necessary transfer documents including, but not limited to a deed (assuming the timeshare is deeded property) and sending the documents out to you with very specific instructions regarding how to execute the documents. After receiving the documents, complete them properly, and return them to our office. We will do the rest and of course contact us if you have any questions during the entire process.
When the recorded Deed is returned to our office, a copy of the recorded deed is mailed or emailed to you for confirmation that you are released from your unwanted or unused timeshare. We will then send a copy of the recorded deed to the resort and/or management company to advise them that there has been a change in ownership so they can update their records.
On average, the transfer process normally takes 90 to 120 days to complete.
