Americas Travel & Vacation Club is a multi-destination, non-profit timesharing club, which owns units in seven vacation properties.
The Club holds title to these units on behalf of all the member through the non-profit, mutual benefit corporation. The members own the Club through non-issued stock and therefore own the real estate in perpetuity.
The members have equal rights to stay at any one of the Club’s properties. As an added service, the Club helps members exchange their week with over 4,000 resorts worldwide through several different exchange companies that the Club is either directly or indirectly associated with.
The Club has a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice-President, and Secretary / Treasurer, each serving a three-year term. Elections are held at the members’ annual meeting each year.
