The resort has 26 units nestled among a grove of Australian Pine trees and is located right on the Gulf.  All units are fully equipped, reasonably priced, cozy efficiency apartments.  Most units are facing the pool or the grove.  All units are just footsteps away from the beach and some of the most spectacular shelling found anywhere in Florida.

Most apartments have a deck or balcony, private phone with cable TV/DVD/VCR’S and internet. Nineteen of the twenty six apartments are efficiencies (one large room with a fully equipped kitchen, Murphy bed and a double pull-out couch). When neatly tucked away, the room becomes a comfy living room, dining area and kitchen.
