Notes: The Lifestyles Holiday Vacation Club experience Booking through this offer entitles you to VIP status, which includes complimentary transportation to and from the airport, access to VIP-only restaurants, bars, and beaches, and concierge help during your stay. VIP status means a taxi van reserved for you by name for transport to and from the airport, less crowded restaurants/bars/beaches, dinner table service for a variety of cuisines, and discounted all-inclusive rates. The advertised rates are for accommodations only; airfare and all-inclusive fees are the responsibility of the traveler. All-inclusive fees are calculated prior to booking and are paid at check-in. There are two resorts currently available. Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (DR) is the home base resort and the largest property. A resorts is also located in Cabarete, DR. For both resorts, fly into Puerto Plata (Gregorio Luperón International Airport, code POP). These are 5-star properties where you will experience the utmost in luxury and service. Puerto Plata is mandatory all-inclusive and has additional fees associated. Cabarete is optional all-inclusive. You may book studio, 1 bedroom, or 2 bedroom units subject to availability. You may book as many units as you need. There are no blackout dates but it would be best to book at least 6 months ahead for peak seasons (in Puerto Plata, peak seasons include January-April, July-August, and November-December). Some holiday peak times may require a 4 night minimum stay. All listed prices are per 7 day week. However, you may book as many days as you need on a prorated basis. Rooms have varying maximum occupancies that are strictly enforced. The Puerto Plata property consists of several smaller, adjacent sections each with their own attributes. All of these areas are accessible by walking or by shuttle bus. All-inclusive fees vary by season but estimate $130 per day per person (kids 11 and younger are $50). Some VIP restaurants require long pants for men so pack accordingly. Crown and Residence Suites is a quieter location most distant from the beaches. Great for relaxing by the pool. Studio - $750 1 bedroom - $799 2 bedroom - $899 Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort has the best beach access and many activities for kids and teens. Studio - $750 Spa Suites (adult only) - $799 Beach Studio - $899 Presidential Suites are the most spacious and elegant rooms. Studio - $899 1 bedroom - $1199 2 bedroom - $1399 Sunrise Suites located above the casino have the best views. 1 bedroom - $1299 2 bedroom - $1499 Royal Suites have good access to the beach and are near many restaurants. 1 bedroom - $1199 2 bedroom - $1399 The Cabarete property is located about 25 km from Puerto Plata in a smaller beach town internationally known for its excellent kite-boarding beach. All-inclusive is available (estimate $26 per day per person (pdpp) for breakfast only, $46 pdpp for breakfast and lunch, and $96 pdpp for three meals and limited alcohol) but the resort is only a few blocks from a grocery store and is very near several beachside restaurants/bars. This property is an excellent choice if you want to be immersed in Dominican culture. There are two choices for accommodations, the beachside Imperial Suites and the causeway-connected Presidential Suites.
