Maui Banyan is named after the stately banyan tree, one of the most beautiful trees of Hawaii, distinguished by the large, impressive canopy it creates. Maui Banyan Resort is home to several of these majestic trees and is located across from Kamaole Beach II, one of Maui’s finest beaches.
Just up the street is Kamaole Beach I, or Kam I as the locals call it, and just down the street is Kamaole Beach III, with an expansive grassy picnic area. All 3 parks boast free parking and copious amounts of people watching.
