Member Rewards
Rental Cars, Cruise Fares, Tours and Vacation Packages booked through your Vacation Inspirations membership are eligible for Member Rewards.
Here are a few things to keep in mind so that claiming your Member Rewards will be quick and easy:
When claiming your Member Rewards, you must submit a confirmation that shows payment and the base nightly rate before taxes and fees. This must be accompanied by a completed Member Rewards form as well as the Member Reward grid and confirmation of your final payment. You will receive these forms directly from your Vacation Inspirations travel agent when booking your vacation. (A reservation confirmation that does not show payment or the base rate before taxes is not sufficient.)
Member reward requests need to be submitted no later than 60 days after your date of travel in order to be eligible for payment. Member rewards credits are mailed to you approximately 120 days after we receive them.
Member rewards credits that are not submitted correctly can be delayed. If you have any questions on the correct member reward procedure, contact us at 877-642-8747 , ext 3 and we will be happy to assist you.
Due to the size of our membership base and the large volume of member reward requests we receive each week, Vacation Inspirations is unable to confirm receipt of your member reward request. We recommend that you keep copies of the member reward requests you send and the date you sent them.
Customer service is a top priority for Vacation Inspirations, so we are willing to research any circumstance where your member reward credit has not arrived within in the estimated time frame and happy to expedite delivery when appropriate.
