This email is a huge “Thank You” for your excellent work in booking our Diamond account. Diamond’s policy of “use it or lose it” within a specified time period seems harsh. This has been an unusual year for us as we have been unable to travel. From a death in the family to the birth of our grandson, from illnesses to severe allergies we are just getting back to normal. Thank goodness you were able to book our points before we lost them and save us the money. It has meant a lot to us. Your company seems to care about people.
