Breckenridge, just 98 miles (158 kilometers) west of Denver, is a charming town with Victorian homes and historical buildings dating back to the Gold Rush days. Marriott’s Mountain Valley Lodge is set in the heart of town on Maggie Pond, at an elevation of 9,800 feet (2,987 meters), overlooking the Quicksilver Super Six. This double-loading, six-person chairlift gives access to the entire mountain, which boasts 31 lifts and more than 155 ski trails. On-site parking is complimentary for vehicles under 7 feet (2 meters) high, and parking is available by the town for oversized vehicles for a fee.
