Sea Breezes Marina is located on the south shore of Grand Bahama Island in Freeport between the Xanadu and Our Lucaya hotels. It is situated only 80 miles off the coast of Florida. Sea Breezes Marina is at the end of a low usage canal, offering a quiet nights sleep, with minimum waves; an ideal, low stress, relaxing spot for a long weekend getaway or for permanent dockage of your vessel. The marina is located just 1000 ft off the south shore and is part of the gated, quiet luxury resort. Jetty entrance to the marina is 6 ft. at MLT and 9 ft. at HT with no overhead obstructions. Sea Scape Beach & Golf Villas spans a scenic twelve acres in Kitty Hawk on the Outer Banks. Adjacent to the resort is, Sea Scape Golf Links, an 18-hole golf course that is open to the public year round. They also feature Sea Scape Bar & Grill in their clubhouse which serves breakfast and lunch.
Sea Scape is a family friendly resort and provides a weekly schedule of activities Monday through Friday in their on-site recreation center. Some activities include bingo, ice cream social and movie night. The schedule will be included in your check in packet. In our recreation center we also feature an indoor pool, hot tub, game room, fitness room, theater room and library.
