I recently had the pleasure of dealing with VSI. I came to you for the first usage of my VSI membership. I came with pricing from my sister's travel agent for an Alaska cruise. After MANY phone calls and in-depth conversations, VSI offered me the lower rate. Unfortunately, my sister opted for us to go with her agent but I wanted to tell you that everyone was delightful, knowledgeable and took initiative to make calls, etc. I didn’t expect this level of service since my sister’s agent hadn’t offered it.
